How to print a worksheet

Open any resource and press print (Ctrl+P on Windows, Cmd+P on a Mac). The site header, footer, navigation and links are set to disappear on paper, so what prints is the title, the instructions and the worksheet itself — a clean sheet you can photocopy for a class. Choosing "Save as PDF" in the print dialog gives you a file to keep or share with colleagues. The worksheets are plain HTML with real ruled lines and tables, so they print reliably without any special software.

Everything here is free to use, print and photocopy for classroom teaching. The answer keys are on the same page as the worksheet, so decide whether to project, hide or hand them out.

How the pack is designed

These materials are for classroom teaching and general education. They are not medical or dietary advice. Handle the food, sleep, sugar and energy topics sensitively, and follow your school's safeguarding procedures if a pupil raises a concern.

Frequently asked questions

Can I photocopy these for my class?

Yes. The worksheets are free to print and photocopy for classroom teaching. Press print on any resource and the site chrome drops away, leaving a clean sheet.

What age group are they for?

Most suit lower-secondary science, health or PSHE — roughly ages 11–14 — but several scale up or down. Each resource states its suggested level.

Are the numbers in the worksheets real?

The methods and conversions are real (salt from sodium, teaspoons of sugar, energy per gram). Worked examples use invented figures, clearly labelled as such, so no real product is misrepresented.

Do these give diet advice to students?

No. The food, sugar and energy resources are deliberately framed as science and label literacy, not dieting, and the teacher notes steer away from weight and towards habits and understanding.
